Licence-plate searches by Clinton police¶
Six Connecticut towns have released the Flock audit log of every search run against their cameras. Below is what that record holds for Clinton's own police department -- not a finding, just the log.
Clinton CT PD
- 3,077 searches between 2024-12 and 2026-07 (20 months with at least one search)
- 805 camera networks swept by the average single search
- 100% of them reached beyond Clinton's own cameras
- The commonest stated reason is free text or a numeric code, rather than one of the preset categories Flock introduced in December 2025

A floor, not a total. The record only sees queries that reached those six towns' cameras.
